ICOS Nordic Symposium 2021

The 3rd ICOS Nordic Symposium was held on 23-25 November 2021 online using Zoom platform.

The ICOS Nordic Symposium is a bi-annual joint venture of the Nordic ICOS RI (Integrated Carbon Observation System) national networks ICOS Denmark, ICOS Finland, ICOS Norway and ICOS Sweden. The Symposium gathered more than 100 scientists in the Nordic countries to share their work on sessions Role of land use and man­age­ment on land car­bon sink and ocean-land-con­tinuum, The way for­ward: novel meth­ods and ap­plic­a­tions, Use and ap­plic­a­tions of ICOS data: a broad per­spect­ive, Ex­treme events and im­pact on car­bon cycle and Non-CO2 green­house gases. The conference abstract collection is available at the meeting website. Workshops on ICOS Carbon Portal & Jupyter Notebooks, Technical meeting and Early career scientist meeting were organized on Thursday 25 November.
